How it works
1. Tell us your idea
Share your colours, theme and any inspiration photos. The more you tell us, the closer it lands.
2. We quote it
Lena replies personally with a price and a realistic timeframe — no obligation.
3. A deposit starts it
Once you're happy, a 50% deposit secures your place and work begins.
4. Finished & shipped
You'll see it before it ships. The balance is due within 24 hours of the final invoice, then it's on its way.
Custom pieces need a minimum of 2 weeks, and can take longer in busy seasons. Each one is made by hand, so no two are ever identical.
