Contact details (name, email, phone, shipping address), order history, and email preferences. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, provide customer support, and — only if you opt in — send you promotions and new collection announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics and advertising

We use third-party tools to understand how our shop is used and to measure our advertising. Depending on what is enabled, these may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

Where the Meta Pixel is active, it uses cookies and similar technologies to record actions you take on this site — pages and products you view, adding an item to your cart, starting checkout, and completing a purchase (including the order value and the items ordered). This information is shared with Meta so we can measure how our ads perform and show relevant ads to people who have visited our shop. We do not send Meta your payment card details, and we never sell your personal information.

You can limit this tracking at any time: adjust your ad settings in your Facebook ad preferences, use your browser's cookie controls or "Do Not Track" setting, or use a tracker-blocking extension. Blocking these tools does not affect your ability to browse or place an order.
